We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales Training Expert to develop, standardize, and deliver high-quality training programs for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and E-Scooters across global markets, including Vietnam.
This role is responsible for building and managing the end-to-end Sales Training Framework, from content development and digital learning systems to training delivery, certification, and performance evaluation. The position plays a key role in strengthening dealer capability, enhancing service quality, and driving sales excellence across markets.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Global Sales Training Framework for EVs and E-Scooters.
- Design and digitize comprehensive training materials, including product knowledge, sales processes, soft skills, and specialized modules.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of training content across global markets.
- Develop annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver training programs, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for internal teams and international markets.
- Organize and conduct certification programs, examinations, and sales contests for dealer networks.
- Coordinate and oversee training classes, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
- Establish and maintain training quality control standards across dealer networks.
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS – SABA), including user access, curriculum setup, and reporting.
- Oversee global e-learning systems to ensure scalability, accessibility, and effectiveness.
- Maintain and manage training resources, ensuring materials are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and local teams to ensure aligned and effective training implementation.
- Continuously improve training programs based on performance data and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, dealer training, or learning & development (automotive/EV industry).
- Proven experience in developing training frameworks, content, and digital learning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., SABA) and e-learning systems.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Experience designing certification exams, assessments, or sales competitions is a plus.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing people and driving sales performance.
