Job Description:
To transmit technical and scientific knowledge to veterinary clinics, sales force, and all individuals involved in the potential market for our products, with the goal of becoming THE REFERENCE in Nutrition-Health and contributing to the volume growth of the VET and PSR pillars. Maintain a continuous flow of knowledge reception from the Scientific Communication Department.
What are we looking for?
- A proactive Field Instructor with strong communication skills and a passion for sharing technical and scientific knowledge.
- Experience in veterinary nutrition, sales, or technical training is highly valued.
- Ability to adapt messages for different audiences, including veterinary professionals, sales teams, and end consumers.
- Commitment to quality, food safety, and compliance with process administration and safety programs.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Transfer technical and scientific knowledge from the Scientific Communication Department to target groups (Veterinary Clinics, Sales Force, Consumers).
- Promote sales through technical expertise and tailored messaging for end consumers.
- Conduct technical visits, training sessions, and deliver educational materials to VET clients, ensuring they are informed about our approaches and innovations.
- Ensure that the benefits of VET products are clearly understood by the sales force and those managing consumer relationships, facilitating product penetration.
- Adhere to all food safety, quality process administration, and safety program requirements, consistently demonstrating quality in actions, words, and spirit.
