You Will
As Sales Trainee at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will focus on learning Intermex software product line and technologies as well as developing sales and business acumen skills.
- Learn how to Prospect and generate new revenue sales by signing new retailers through in-person B2B sales tactics
- Learn Intermex's Point of Sale product that delivers services such as International Wire Transfers, Bill Payments, Check Cashing and Top Up services
- Learn to utilize our robust in-house built Sales Platform to track gross margins, sales, data and areas of opportunity in assigned territory.
- Learn to create and follow weekly sales plans including daily prospecting visits to retailers
- Learn to deliver product presentations by demonstrating an industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services on POS and Digital channels.
- Participate in job rotation in the following departments
- FP&A
- Accounting
- Compliance
- Digital
- IT
You Have
- Bilingual Spanish is a must.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Business and/or Economics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
