What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn and support ready-mix concrete sales, dispatch, and customer service activities.
  • Perform quality control testing and inspections to help ensure product compliance and performance standards.
  • Assist with troubleshooting product quality concerns and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with customers, operations teams, and production personnel to support business objectives.
  • Analyze sales and quality data, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Are We Looking For

  • Pursuing a degree in chemical engineering, sales, marketing, quality control, business, or has an interest in these areas of study or business

  • Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts and apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound recommendations.
  • Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the capability to learn industry-specific systems and processes.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, laboratory, and outdoor work environments.
  • Regular interaction with customers, production teams, and operational personnel.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment in plant and jobsite settings.
  • Occasional travel within the assigned market area may be required.
  • Commitment to following all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
