Trainee
What if your first job changed lives, including your own?
At EF Language Abroad, we believe that learning a language abroad is one of the most transformative experiences a person can have. And we need passionate, driven people to help make that happen. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Trainee, or "Filtrino," as we proudly call it internally, to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This is your chance to kick off your career in a global company, work alongside an energetic and ambitious team, and help people take the leap toward a life-changing experience abroad.
You'll be the first point of contact for our future students: qualifying leads, sparking conversations, and connecting the right people to the right opportunities. No fluff, no busy work, just real impact, real growth, and a team that's genuinely rooting for you from day one.
Your main responsibilities are:
Student Recruitment
- Qualify leads and opportunities, ensuring prospects are properly ranked and prioritized.
- Conduct pre-qualifying conversations to assess client fit and interest level.
- Engage with potential students through social channel messaging, maintaining a consistent and professional communication flow.
- Actively participate in Information Meetings to support the team in presenting our programs.
Beyond Sales, A Little Bit of Everything
As part of a dynamic team, you may also get involved in supporting marketing campaigns and events, helping with school and university outreach, maintaining our database, and assisting with customer service tasks like flight bookings and student records.
Requirements:
- Education: High School degree or equivalent. No prior work or sales experience required — this role is built for someone ready to learn and grow with us!

- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, stay positive under pressure, and occasionally work on weekends when needed.
