Position Summary
Provide support to Key Account Managers in the IM (mobile) Sales Group. Create statistics and reports.Role and Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport
- Keep contact with open market distributors
- Prepare daily, weekly, ad hoc sales reports
- Support the related Order Desk Staff and Supply Chain Management Coordinator
- Check stock daily
- Support the work of Key Account Managers and Product Managers
- Administrate the marketing related processes (PlanProposal)
General responsibilities
- Is aware of the objectives of the position, reports and analyses the results and proposes future actions.
- Responsible for obtaining results correctly and in time.
- Responsible for using the assigned fixed assets properly.
- Treats company information, operation and documents confidential.
- Is aware of the company policies (GPPM) and internal regulation of SEH-S and acts accordingly.
- Performs other activities and tasks which are delegated to employee by the line manager keeping in mind the legal regulation.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or last year of BSc/MSc studies
- MS Excel, Word and Power Point literacy (experience in SAP is an advantage)
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Precise, organized way of working
- Ability to work under pressure
