You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage a team that enables sales delivery by providing the tools and data necessary for the smooth running of the business and the development and execution of the sales strategy.
- Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
- Test and implement new systems.
- Conduct market research on current developments and trends for a continuous optimization of the systems - both data and digital.

Technology Innovation Manager
How you will contribute
The role calls for working with new-age technologies to develop business solutions for the dynamic sales landscape for Mondelez India:
- Identify, test and develop 0 to 1 business use case applications of technology
- Build a strong partnership with Transformation team, CPA, Field teams, MDS and build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue
- Own the Stage gate process for new innovation through coping, aligning, adopting, and leveraging Emerging technology for respective Test & Learns(T&Ls) through a defined stage-gate process
- Strong Product Management and Inclination towards Technology to quickly execute these initiatives
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Identify and Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Research and analyse emerging technologies (e.g., Gen AI, Consumer 360, Image Recognition) and assess their potential applications within the Mondelez Sales
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor the evolving technology landscape and identify new opportunities to leverage technology innovation for competitive advantage
- Promote a Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within Sales and across the organization, encouraging experimentation and creative problem-solving
- Understand business priorities, identify innovation opportunities, help analysing business benefits, evaluating ROI and work on evaluating initiatives to develop digital agenda
- Work on the Stage-gate process to evaluate innovation T&Ls to be scaled up
- Leverage technical capabilities to effectively work with technology partners to rapidly deliver scalable initiatives
- Communicate the benefits, and champion innovation initiatives throughout MDS and across the enterprise.
THE KEY EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital innovation projects preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about innovations, digital technologies and possess technical acumen to evaluate new opportunities with internal and external partners
- Ability to understand a variety of disruptive technology products and services that will guide across the Sales function
- Understand the impact of data and digital technologies in the context of business
COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES:
- Understanding of how sales work in FMCG with experience in multi-channel and multi-geography role
- Knowledge of Project Management, Systems development methods, and Support processes
- Ability to think outside of own process stream (end to end process integration)
- Ability to evaluate effects of changes (business analyst capabilities)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage others
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
