As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities- Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
- Set team goals, objectives, and performance metrics
- Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to achieve overall company objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to drive performance and motivate team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Japanese speaker and able to understand English
