About the Role:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and fostering the growth of our team in London. You will be responsible for managing and coaching a small team to deliver against ambitious targets, while also contributing directly to pipeline generation and deal closure. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and making an impact in a fast-moving scale-up environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, providing them with solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Willingness to participate in networking & industry events in London.
