About the Role:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and fostering the growth of our team in London. You will be responsible for managing and coaching a small team to deliver against ambitious targets, while also contributing directly to pipeline generation and deal closure. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and making an impact in a fast-moving scale-up environment. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure they are equipped to engage with potential clients effectively. Your leadership will not only help meet sales targets but also contribute to creating a supportive and inspiring team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to your team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
- Implementing Strategies: Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Popmenu's goals.
- Coaching and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-ones to ensure your team remains motivated and knowledgeable about our products and the market.
- Driving Results: Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics as necessary to exceed team sales goals.
- Building Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, providing them with solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Willingness to participate in networking & industry events in London.
