We are looking for a driven and people oriented Broker Sales Team Lead to spearhead new account acquisition and revenue growth in the broker and agency segment. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales agents focused on prospecting, converting, and expanding broker relationships, ensuring daily productivity, and hitting aggressive growth targets in the Philippine real estate market. The ideal candidate is a sales leader with a hands-on mindset, strong analytical skills, and proven success in a quota-carrying role especially within real estate, classifieds, digital marketplaces, or property technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Account Acquisition & Revenue Growth
● Drive the acquisition of new broker and agency accounts.
● Oversee pipeline development to increase and maintain a consistent flow of new leads.
● Own team revenue targets and forecast performance against set KPIs.
2. Client Relationship Management
● Support key account negotiations and high potential onboarding calls.
● Ensure smooth handover of acquired accounts to Customer Success or Account Management teams (If any)
● Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to help refine value propositions.
3. Sales Operations & Process Optimization
● Implement sales playbooks and prospecting frameworks to ensure consistent outreach.
● Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
● Recommend improvements to team workflows, reporting, and performance measurement systems.
4. Reporting & Data-Driven Strategy
● Generate and present weekly sales reports covering acquisition funnel metrics, lead progress, and team performance.
5. Team Management & Sales Performance
● Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Associate to meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
● Monitor daily sales KPIs such as lead volume, touchpoints, conversion rates, and call activities.
● Set clear goals and track team performance using dashboards and sales CRM tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
PProven success in B2C sales, preferably within real estate, property tech, classifieds, financial services, FMCG or Retail.
SStrong communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs
