Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities;
- Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups to increase customer interest in the product;
- Craft a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience and unique customer service;
- Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills;
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company execute its wellness needs;
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product;
- Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits;
- Conduct “pre-call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer’s current state, competition, etc.;
- Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;
- Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities;
- Collect market intelligence and competitive information;
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a contact center environment as a Team Leader;
- Responsible for managing and motivating the agents;
- Responsible for ensuring the partnership relationship between the Client and Helpware POC.
