You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Supervise 2-person sales analyst team to ensure completeness of all goals/tasks/projects in quickly changing environment
- Develop complex BI reporting solutions using BI tools - MS SQL Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) in line with FMCG business needs
- Continuous improvement of local sales systems and tools (MS Excel VBA) to drive business effectives and process management decomplexify
- Manage and supervise administration of SQL server and SQL Data Warehouse
- Maintenance and management of data flow processes between systems and reporting solutions
- Provide end users with high quality support incl. trainings connected to reporting solutions and sales systems
- Local projects coordination and support in the implementation of all global initiatives concerning sales systems and sales business processes
- Close cooperation with 3rd party service providers on business issues and systems development
- Support sales management in all sales-related data/analysis and business decisions processes
- Searching for new BI solutions opportunities to ensure Sales organization growth
What you will bring

Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of BI - from data capture to information delivery
- Very good knowledge and usage experience of MS BI tools (MS SQL Server: SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office - Excel (including VBA)
- Experience in designing reporting solutions in Power Bi
- Team management and projects coordination proven work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High organizational skills and a proactive approach to duties
- Data driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Team player, open-minded
- Ability to work under time pressure and deal with complexity
- Proven work experience 3-5 years in analysis department, system solutions implementations or similar positions
- University degree preferable: Computer Science, Econometrics or similar
- Fluent Polish and very good English
Optional:
- Knowledge of FMCG market and sales business processes would be an advantage
