The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager who will lead the management and optimization of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. This critical role ensures that our sales, revenue operations, and customer success teams are fully equipped with the technology and tools needed to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing sales technology systems, including CRM platforms, and a passion for leveraging technology to streamline processes and boost sales performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, provisioning, administration, and system updates. Ensure tools like Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, and others are integrated and optimized to support sales and revenue operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they succeed in delivering system optimization and user support.
  • Drive GTM tool integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow between platforms, aligning with our sales and customer success processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to define system requirements, reporting capabilities, and analytics needs.
  • Partner with sales enablement and training teams to ensure effective user adoption and tool usage across sales teams.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives to improve GTM operations, enhancing sales productivity and process efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to sales process pain points, offering both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business operations, including hands-on work with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and SaaS business models.
  • Proven experience managing a team, including mentoring, performance management, and career development.
  • Experience working in sales environments, particularly with teams selling to Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technology and processes to address sales challenges.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record managing complex sales tech stacks, including CRM, account planning, data enrichment, and productivity tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about data integrity and ensuring that sales systems support the highest levels of data quality.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,350 - $157,000 USD.
