DESCRIPTION:The Sales Systems and Reporting Manager role will be supporting NCR Voyix Digital First Banking, a leader in digital banking, SaaS, and FinTech. This position focuses on supporting our current systems and building out our reporting capabilities touching all departments in the organization to drive system optimization and ensure the data helps drive decision-making, bottom-line margin, and alignment to strategic results. This role requires strong critical thinking, teamwork, self-initiative, and drive to deliver excellence. You will be working with many cross functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Billing, Product, and supporting our Sales teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as you will be working with individual contributors and senior leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensuring quality report implementations by developing, documenting, utilizing, and enforcing the use of reporting procedures that meet objectives and business goals.
•Manage reporting activities and representation during business meetings to understand and ensure needed information is delivered which meets strategies business goals.
•Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department.
•Work cross-functionally with key functions to understand initiatives to drive business performance, determine key requirements and information needs, and champion development and implementation plans for reporting.
•Mentor and provide direction to Analytics team members to ensure accuracy and availability of effective reporting.
•Drive coordination with IT to manage data and the reporting environment to provide the most efficient delivery of key metrics and information.
•Direct system support services (technical support, problem resolution, training, access requests, services and maintenance of critical business systems)
•Directs software and systems development projects of varying sizes through development team leads and team members.
•Ensure reports are developed using the most appropriate method and tools available.
•Transfer knowledge to analytics team members to further their abilities and that of the department to meet and exceed customer expectations and enhance the analytic capabilities of the organization.
•Help train sales team providing them with tools and resources to enhance their performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To successfully perform the requirements of this position, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required. •Successful candidate will be high-energy, analytical-minded, proactive, highly organized and committed to driving results.
•Strong technology skills, including experience with system implementation and application support with outstanding project management, execution, and business acumen.
•Skilled in devising effective solutions to problems creatively.
• Ability to perform in a team setting and as an independent contributor.
•Comfortable escalating, presenting, and addressing any feedback from the teams to executives.
•3 years of experience in a reporting manager role
•Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in reporting and analytics
•Expert level creating reports using the following: Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL, and Excel
