JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES SUPPORT
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Support would be:
• Initiate collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Sending collection letters, call customers and escalate to collections if needed.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in account balances.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable aging.
• Maintain and update records of all transactions, communications, and correspondence.
• Sends credit application to customer
• Communicate with other departments such as sales and accounting to resolve issues related to accounts receivable to address customer concerns
• Input orders when needed

Qualifications as a Sales Support:
• At least 2-3 years of Sales Support Experience.
• Subject Matter Experience / Trainer
• Experience in UPS/FEDEX industry is preferred.
• Exposure to admin deliverables and program reporting
• Must have a high level of initiative and drive.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience involving telephone sales and/or technical support.
• Computer literate and Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Someone who can work unsupervised and have the ambition to become a team leader.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
