• Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales
materials.
• Manage and update CRM system with customer information, opportunities, and
pipeline status.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project, operations) to ensure timely
response to client requests.
• Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, and feedback.
• Support in drafting contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to
management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information (EV
chargers, solar rooftop, and related solutions).
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed deals to project execution teams.
• Provide administrative support to the business development and sales teams.
Skills Required
