Job Summary
We seek an experienced Flavor Sales Support based Haverhill UK. The role will provide comprehensive, broad-based support to the PepsiCo account and report to Regional PepsiCo commercial director as integral member of the IFF Global accounts team. In conjunction with the Commercial leader, PepsiCo LatAm Sales Support will act as liaison between customer and all IFF areas and functions. She/he will facilitate timely delivery of requirements as stated on customer brief and other activities as well as assist/drive resolution of issues that arise during the process.
In coordination with the Regional Account Director for PepsiCo Sales Support will:
Main Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers (internal and external) regarding commercial administration, projects, sampling, and business queries.
- Collaborate with IFF functions (C&D, CX, PX, CSR) and production facilities to manage and complete customer projects/requests.
- Coordinate communications between external customers and IFF departments, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and accurately use IFF systems (Sales Force, SAP) for pricing, customer data, product submissions, etc., ensuring data integrity.
- Manage sample requests, price quotes, and relevant actions in IFFMAN and Sales Force.
- Ensure customer sampling and pricing requests are completed within agreed timeframes; track progress of samples and documentation.
- Organize internal and external conference calls and meetings as needed.
- Support and arrange IFF visits to client locations and vice versa.
- Maintain and update customer price lists throughout the year.
- Keep databases (price list trackers, sampling trackers, project trackers, flavor banks) updated, aligning with global account coordinators and PepsiCo project managers.
- Provide SAP and business reports related to PepsiCo sales and order intake for commercial review.
- Monthly review and feedback on strategic account plan execution.
- Regularly connect with commercial leader to review and agree on actions required by IFF and PepsiCo.
- Attend customer meetings with Regional Account Director for PepsiCo and provide support as needed.
