About the Role:
We’re seeking a Sales Support professional based in Vietnam to enhance team efficiency, ensure service quality, and contribute to organizational success. In this role, you’ll manage and update tracking systems, record inquiries, and proactively investigate and resolve issues. You’ll have the opportunity to validate and report system bugs, share insights with team members, and utilize ZFX Confluence to collaborate across regions. By maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and embracing challenges, you’ll play a key role in driving seamless operations and supporting the team’s goals.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (experience in the Forex industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
