Responsible for supporting the sales team and other components of Sales Management with

regards to reports, project management, utilizing sales tools, CRM administration as well as

marketing and communication support.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Reports - Work closely with management to develop or refine reports for sales performance and management purposes.
  • Project Management - Provide a project management function for projects supporting the sales team or further development and refinement of the Sales Management process. Additional projects include the management of the chosen CRM tool, marketing, and communication programs.
  • Sales Tools - Ensure that targeted sales training programs are available to the appropriate team members.  Also included is the selection and implementation of the most efficient technologies (infrastructure, as well as specific applications such as a Customer Relationship Management tool) to support the Company's sales strategies and plans.
  • Communication - Provide regular updated to the user community regarding changes to the system, issues, etc.
  • Issues and enhancements - Work with specific users to define the requirements and work with CMR vendor to implement changes on the system.
  • Work with users to maintain the data to the most accurate level. Activities include, but not limited to, de-activating records, removing duplicates, etc. Additionally, every month, the team will review and purge any data from the system. Requests from users will be captured and tracked via the internal task list.   
  • Answer any questions regarding the use of the CRM tool. Requests from users will be captured and tracked via the internal task list.  Additionally, the group will provide structured training programs.
  • Work closely with the sales team, which includes the development of collateral, coordinating the development of marketing material with 3rd party vendor based on WPI needs and keeping marketing materials up to date.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop communication programs, both internal and customer facing.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Must have a minimum of 3 year(s) previous experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)

 

  • Must be computer literate, a Windows based environment preferred (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook).
  • Must be dependable and able to work independently.
  • Must have the ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and evaluate others.
  • Must accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must count accurately and write legibly.
  •  

Working Conditions:

 

  • Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Weekend hours as necessary.
  • May require work in inclement weather conditions and/or hazardous work environments.
