職務概要
私たちはAIを活用した革新的なソリューションを提供するグローバル企業です。このポジションでは、セールスサポートとして、ディストリビューター、パートナー、アカウント経由の売上最大化を支えます。営業組織の後方支援と運用効率化をリードし、データ管理やプロセス改善を通じて営業チームの生産性を高めていただきます。
主なミッションは、ディストリビューターやパートナーの売上・予算管理、CRMやMicrosoft/Googleツールを活用したデータ分析・可視化、グローバルチームとの連携です。
海外本社が作成する英語資料の読解や、メール・チャットでのコミュニケーションも発生します。

業務内容
• ディストリビューター・パートナー管理とパフォーマンスサポート
• ディストリビューターおよびパートナーの売上実績・進捗データの集計、可視化、レポート作成
• 予算(目標)と実績の差異分析、営業チームへのアラート・共有
• ディストリビューター・パートナーからの問い合わせ対応(申請、納期、仕様など一次窓口)
• 営業オペレーション
• CRM/SFAや基幹システムへの受注・売上データの入力・管理
• 契約書・発注書・請求書などの書類管理とチェック
• 営業プロセスの改善提案(ルーチンワークの効率化)
• マーケティングファンド運用管理
• ディストリビューター・パートナー向けに割り当てられたマーケティングファンドの管理、トラッキング、コンプライアンス遵守
• 利用状況のモニタリングと報告

必須要件
• 営業事務、セールスサポート、または経理・財務アシスタントの実務経験1年以上
• Google Workspace、Microsoft 365、CRMシステムなどのツールを活用した実務スキルが高い方
• 数字に強く、正確かつ迅速に処理できる方
• 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる方

Sales Operations & Partner Success SpecialistAbout the Role

We are a global pioneer delivering cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales ecosystem, driving revenue growth by empowering our distributors, partners, and account teams. You will own back-office enablement, streamline day-to-day operations, and leverage data-driven insights to elevate the productivity of our entire sales organization.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional position where you will manage partner budgets, visualize KPIs using modern CRM and productivity tools, and collaborate closely with our global teams. While based locally, you will regularly sync with global headquarters, reviewing English documentation and communicating via email and chat.

What You'll Do

Partner Enablement & Performance Tracking

· Own the aggregation, visualization, and reporting of sales data and performance metrics for distributors and partners.

· Run variance analysis on budgets vs. actuals, proactively flagging risks and insights for the sales team.

· Serve as the go-to primary contact for partner inquiries regarding applications, delivery timelines, and product specifications.

Sales Operations & Workflow Optimization

· Maintain data integrity by managing order and revenue entries within CRM/SFA and core ERP systems.

· Oversee and audit critical documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and propose smart solutions to automate and streamline routine workflows.

Marketing Fund Administration

· Track and manage marketing fund allocations for partners, ensuring strict compliance with company guidelines.

· Monitor fund utilization rates and deliver regular status reports.

What You'll Bring (Required)

· 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or commercial finance/accounting roles.

· Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and modern CRM systems.

· Strong numerical fluency—you love numbers and pride yourself on speed and accuracy.

· Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effortlessly with both internal teams and external partners.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

· A passion for AI tools: Experience with (or a strong desire to adopt) tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Claude to automate and optimize your daily workflow.

· Business-level English proficiency, specifically comfortable with reading and written communication (emails/slack/teams).

· Industry experience within IT/SaaS or working with two-tier (distributor/partner) sales models.

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar major CRM platforms.

· Foundational knowledge of management accounting or marketing budget tracking.
