Your Next Career Opportunity – Sales Support Specialist
The primary function of this position is to identify business development opportunities that will lead to revenue-producing assets or transactions.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Regularly create and distribute marketing materials for specified groups of portfolios.
  • Continuously manage and maintain a database of portfolios, properties and contacts.
  • Research property ownership to create a directory of contacts and associated portfolio information.
  • Support sales team in securing new business via portfolio analysis reporting and supplemental email campaigns.
  • Prepare routine management reports tracking marketing efforts' progress and business development opportunities.
  • Work with Corporate IT and 3rd party tech support groups to identify inefficiencies and solutions to improve production.
  • Collaborate with peers and focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review dashboards with department leaders and team members.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

    • H.S. Diploma/GED
    • and 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, real estate sales and/or site acquisition.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications preferred;
    • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
