What's exciting about the role

We are looking for a detail orientated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in contract management, quality assurance, and operational support. You will act as a key interface between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming new or amended contracts.
  • Conduct thorough completeness checks of contracts and required documents.
  • Serve as a key interface for sales representatives, ensuring missing documents are identified and obtained.
  • Prioritize incoming contracts efficiently to optimize workflow.
  • Verify and process shipping orders.
  • Plan and execute terminal rollouts for major customers.
  • Ensure quality assurance across all relevant processes.
  • Support the exchange of payment terminals as required.
  • Evaluate customer interactions and prepare detailed visit reports.
  • Maintain and update master data in the system

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Fluent written and spoken German language skills, with good proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation. resilience and natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Professional, confident and well-presented with a positive attitude and a service and solution-oriented mindset
