JOB SUMMARY

HexArmor is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Global Sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. This individual should be self-motivated, possess stellar organizational skills, able to work in fast paced environment, be knowledgeable about our products & services, be an effective communicator and have a sense of urgency around the work they do. The position is a great fit for someone who is interested in exploring a career in sales at HexArmor.

LOCATION

Corporate Office – Grand Rapids, MI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but may not be limited to)

  • Sample Prep – Putting together large sample orders for prospects, distributors and RSMs. 
    • Glove Rolls – Gloves need to be placed in holders and product cards need to be printed, cut and placed. 
    • Glove Rings – Gloves need to be cut, grommeted, and placed on rings. 
    • Eyewear kits – product placed with correct product card.  Cards may need to be printed, cut and laminated. 
  • Creative Marketing – Collaborate with Marketing Dept. to ensure completion and delivery of physical marketing assets.
  • Act as a liaison with Orders team on issues like order follow up, trouble-shooting, new customer set up, etc.
  • Entering sample orders as needed
  • Coordinate customer visits to HexArmor
  • Data Clean-Up Projects
  • Prospecting Projects
  • Provide over the phone customer service
    • Answer inbound calls
    • Provide pricing and availability to end users and partners.
    • Assist customers with order tracking.
  • Provide internal customer support to sales team.
  • Schedule phone coverage during lunch hours.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
