Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. As a Sales Specialist for ECS, you'll be working with top technology companies as your customers, supporting the sales process and ensuring a seamless acquisition of our products in a demanding and fast paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base
- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements
- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status
- Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion
- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree or high school level education.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, post sales services, buying, planning, or procurement.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
- Desirable knowledge in Salesforce.
Work Arrangement: • Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$21,191.67 - $26,400.00 MXN Monthly
