What You Will Be In Charge Of
We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Agent to join the EMEA Sales team at our Terneuzen facility. The team exists of 4 sales executives (of whom 2 remote), 2 sales engineers and you report to the sales leader. In this role you give support to our Sales team. You will work closely together with your team to secure optimal customer satisfaction. As Symach is part of Barry Wehmiller, you will also work intra-company with our sister companies within the BW Packaging platform.

You are proactively investigating existing and new markets using modern day sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, aiding the sales team providing quotations using our ERP system (Ridder IQ) and making sure the data in our CRM system (D365) is recorded, updated and kept up to date. This role has the potential to develop into a sales executive role in the future. Proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.
How You Will Contribute

• Work together with the team to secure a fast and accurate quote and order process;
• Assist the sales team in daily customer contact by email and phone;
• Handle customer requests by e-mail and phone;
• Consult customers on the phone and by email;
• Use ERP (Ridder IQ) to prepare quotations in collaboration with the sales engineers and sales executives;
• Enter and update CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365);
• Work in close collaboration with the team and support where needed;
• Come along to exhibitions, gather leads and process to provide a decent lead follow up;

The person we’re looking should:
 

Have Experience with…

• Modern day (sales) tools, or the will to learn them (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office, ShowPad);
• Experience is not directly needed, a will to learn and a drive to perform is;
   

Be skilled at…

• Communication via mail or phone;
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a requirement;
• Proficiency in German, French, Spanish is preferred;
