Job Description:
Responsibilities:
To perform support & service sales in the accomplishment of the primary objective of the company in terms of sales and customer satisfaction.
Assist in serving & monitoring customers via regular customer visits/front office activities to allow proactive identification and suggestion of opportunities in the team.
Prepares quotations, coordinates quotes, provides customer service and manages customer accounts.
Support in the timely collection of sales and serve as a liaison between a company and its customers when necessary
Responding to calls and emails, analyzing customer needs, and providing the necessary corrective measures.
