Are you passionate about Plumbing or HVAC and looking to transition into a new career path? Join us as a Sales Support Representative! In this role, you'll move from the hands-on world of Plumbing/HVAC to a dynamic customer-facing position. Your industry knowledge will be key in helping our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates: Use your Plumbing or HVAC know-how to help identify the best products and solutions for our customers.
  • Deliver Personalized Service: Provide timely and accurate quotes and sales orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Schedule and manage deliveries to make sure customers receive their products on time.
  • Handle Sales Calls: Use your expertise to answer calls, provide information, and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Leverage Technology: Use our CRM and phone systems to ensure smooth and efficient customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Plumbing/HVAC Background: Any previous experience or training in Plumbing or HVAC is a big plus, helping you better understand and meet our customers' needs.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: 0-3 years of experience, your skilled trades background will help you address customer requirements effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Be responsive to customer needs and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Adaptability: Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and follow through on your commitments with a positive attitude.
  • Motivated and Relationship-Oriented: Bring your enthusiasm and skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
