Sales Support Representative

Role Summary

For the Commercial Operations department in Groot-Bijgaarden (Bruxelles, Belgium) we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Technical Commercial Employee (Pump Spare Parts). You are part of an international team, working from Groot-Bijgaarden. In this role you are responsible for determining the cost and sales price for pump parts. You use your technical knowledge and insight for this. In this role you work together with various departments with our other locations.

Your Role

• Assessing the quotation request in our quotation system.

• Act as single point of contact for customers and sales about Pump Spare Parts Quotations and Orders management within the specific area of responsibility

• Collecting and assessing the technical specifications (drawings, material specifications, history, etc.).

• If more information is required, answer questions from the sales department and/or customer.

• Determining the cost and sales price. Supporting various internal systems, your technical knowledge and insight, and quotations from suppliers.

• If necessary, investigating an alternative in collaboration with other departments. • Collaborating with other departments, such as the sales department, engineering department and planning department.

• Answering incoming questions or ensuring that these are passed on to the right people within our organization.

Your Profile

• Medior level Education in the direction of Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Experience in a technical position and with reading technical drawings

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package, ERP SAP is a plus)

• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, the French language is a plus.

• You are structured, able to multi-task and balance opportunities
