Wat ga je doen?
Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij de administratieve spil tussen onze klanten en het sales team. Je verwerkt klantorders, volgt levertijdaanvragen op en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen en problemen en zorgt voor een snelle en professionele oplossing.
Jouw taken:
Verwerken van in- en verkooporders
Opvolgen van order- en klantvragen
Prioriteiten stellen om deadline te behalen
Relatiebeheer met interne sales
Escalaties tijdig signaleren en oplossen
Wat breng jij mee?
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau
Ervaring met administratieve processen
Sterk met cijfers en details
Klantgericht, georganiseerd en communicatief sterk
Kennis van Excel, Outlook, SAP (pré)
