Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of specialists who provide technical and order related assistance/support to the internal and external customers of ABB. Each day, you will oversee the process, definition, implementation, and execution of customer support. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving targeted levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role is contributing to Motion Business in the North region of Vietnam.
Adapts and implements sales support strategy for a designated area in accordance with the global support strategy. Ensures technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. Oversees estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets. Leads, develops, and coaches the Sales Support team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Drive the creation, review, and coordination of competitive customer proposals, ensuring accurate technical, commercial, legal, and pricing inputs to support strong win rates.
Create, implement, and review sales support and customer service strategies.
Ensure timely, high‑quality support to Sales teams and customers, acting as the primary escalation point and fostering long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage order processing, monitor delivery performance, and achieve key service metrics such as on‑time delivery, order accuracy, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Develop and enhance customer support processes, share best practices, and lead improvements across tools, workflows, and coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Business Units.
Qualifications for the role:
Degree in Automation Engineering or other related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Sales Support Manager role, relevant sale engineer or product manager experience.
Strong experience in sales support, proposal management, and contract/commercial review, including coordinating technical and pricing inputs.
Hands‑on expertise in order management and service performance, including tracking delivery, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS).
Solid background in inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations, including import/export processes and compliance.
Ability to drive process improvement and cross-functional collaboration, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
