A critical part of your role will be to elevate funnel quality (incl. CVI rigor) and forecasting discipline, ensuring consistent pipeline visibility, data integrity, and standardized sales practices across zones.
You will also act as a key driver of digital transformation in sales operations, leveraging Salesforce CRM, Power BI dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics to:
- Improve forecasting precision and predictability
- Enhance opportunity management and conversion rates
- Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
- Increase commercial productivity through automation and insights
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership (EI Europe LT), sales management, finance, and cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic partner in commercial decision-making.
You will:
- Partner with Zone Leaders, KAMs, and Sales Excellence teams to drive funnel discipline and performance reviews
- Work with CRM/Salesforce product owners and digital teams to improve system adoption, data quality, and reporting standardization
- Engage with Finance and Business Operations to align forecast, orders, and revenue outlooks
- Lead and coach a diverse team, building strong capabilities in data-driven sales operations and performance management

- Proven experience managing sales funnel governance and forecasting processes at regional level (preferably Europe)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to improve sales performance, funnel quality, or forecasting accuracy
- Experience in Healthcare IT / Healthcare Informatics is a strong advantage, preferably within hospital systems, enterprise imaging, or clinical workflows
