Sales Support Internship (LatAm/US Offshore)

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to help us in all aspects of supporting the US Offshore and LatAm markets. We are looking for someone with the ability to learn and work on several projects at the same time, supporting VT's Miami team as well as helping the sales teams of our partners Altis and Unicorn.

Principal Responsibilities:

 

In the capacity as Sales Support Intern, the role will focus on the provision of support and project work as assigned.

• Ability to support multiple individuals at the same time, manage priorities, and deliver with appropriate timelines
• Support team members in their tasks related to client account management.
• Summarize client activity and upload information into Salesforce CRM
• Manage Fund Manager Booking process and maintain detailed notes from calls
• Ensure preparedness for client meetings (e.g. assemble meeting materials, assist with PowerPoint presentations)
• Organize roadshows, client events, conferences, and travel abroad
• Numerous ad hoc projects and requests
• Have strong initiative and follow-up with focus on details

Principal Responsibilities:

The Sales Support Intern must have professional qualifications and be dedicated, extremely flexible, and resilient. Candidate must be very independent and work in a well-structured way, completing the tasks in a professional fashion.  The candidate must be a very committed, loyal, and trustworthy individual with solid interpersonal skills while possessing a team-orientation and contributing to maintaining a pleasant working environment.

• Working towards college degree
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Ability to be present for work in Brickell, Miami office
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with digital communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude, a high level of productivity.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize, pro-actively work independently and collaboratively with other employees, across organizational levels, functions and supports business needs across different time.

 

*Part time internship. Up to 30$ per hour
