What you'll do in the role:

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational and analytical support to the French Equity Derivatives Sales Desk
  • Manage post‑trade activities including trade booking, allocations, sending trade recaps, and resolving settlement and confirmation issues
  • Ensure accuracy and control across the full front‑to‑back trade lifecycle
  • Reconcile Structured Notes, OTC derivatives, and RSP trades
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Sales and Operations teams for booking, lifecycle, and settlement queries
  • Proactively identify process gaps and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, controls, and workflow automation

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Basic to good understanding of Equity Derivatives products; knowledge of the French securities market is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory; strong command of English required
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple products and stakeholders efficiently
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and post‑trade processes
  • Coding or automation skills (e.g., Excel VBA, Python) are a plus
