Job DescriptionYou will be joining a friendly and dynamic team of people, providing support to the business Sales Channels. The role consists of completing verification and processing of new sales as well as providing pre-live support to customers.
Salary: £23,809.50 potential to earn commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 / 11:00-19:30 - if required (37.5 hours)
- To accurately carry out product availability checks.
- To carry out full verification and build a sale prospect.
- To support and assist the Field and Offshore sales agents and customers in pre-live queries.
- To try and retain customers who want to cancel pre-live. (Commissions offered per save)
- Lead generation for Card terminal services (Commissions offered per Live CPS and the highest lead generation).
- Completing assigned quick notes.
- Effectively communicating with sales agents and customers
- Problem solving and resolution skills.
- Understanding of the CRM system
- Understanding of products and ordering process
- Familiar with all verification scripts and contract summaries
