Your Focus
We’re seeking a Sales Support Executive who thrives on organization, collaboration, and making things happen behind the scenes. Join a team where your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly support the success of our regional sales operations and help bring innovative fragrance solutions to life.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide support to the commercial team in coordinating and implementing sales initiatives.
- Assists pricing quotes, submissions and provide necessary documentations.
- Coordinates the preparation of monthly sales reports
- Deliver internal and external samples request.
- Work with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively address and resolve customer challenges related to operation and logistics.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a dynamic environment
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- 1-2 years experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in the fragrance, beauty, or ingredients industry
