POSITION AVAILABLE: Sales Support Executive - Mumbai
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Sales Support to join our Business Development team in Mumbai. In this role, you will actively support the end-to-end sales process - responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals and estimate documentation, coordinating pricing with our international stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to accurate project planning, smooth client onboarding, and well-informed business decisions across the organization.
Key Essential Duties
- Respond to client and sales inquiries via email and phone.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, and tender documents.
- Support pricing, cost calculations, and budget inputs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and global BARE offices on sales activities.
- Support contract preparation and proposal follow-up.
- Provide Operations Team with new client start-up documentation.
- Maintain CRM records and sales trackers.
- Prepare reports for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting.
- Track project changes and assess financial impact.
- Coordinate client meetings and internal planning sessions.
- Support business development and administrative activities as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support / Business Development / Client Services / Inside Sales.
- Experience in customer experience research, market research, consultancy services, or mystery shopping will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with reports, trackers, and commercial documents.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in sales support, reporting, and administrative workflows.

CTC : 4 – 5 LPA (based on last drawn salary)
Location: Mumbai, India (Hybrid 3 days from office)
