Job Description: Sales Support Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Support Coordinator to lead a dynamic team responsible for Merchandising retail accounts. As the Sales Support Manage Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient operations. Your exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve sales goals and objectives. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team growth.
  • Merchandising: Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation, accurate pricing, and attractive product displays in retail locations. Monitor merchandising standards and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in various aspects, including order processing, sales reporting, customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to product availability, pricing, or delivery. Maintain accurate records and utilize sales support tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance metrics and goals for the sales support team. Regularly evaluate individual and team performance against targets and provide timely feedback. Develop action plans to address performance gaps and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution. Collaborate on joint initiatives and provide valuable input to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in sales support, merchandising, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)

This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Basic AD&D Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Spousal Life Insurance, Child Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with company match.
