We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting sales operations. This role is all about keeping things moving - managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering exceptional service to our retail partners.

This is a hands-on Sales Support role focused on helping the sales team stay organised, accurate, and responsive. You’ll be supporting day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep sales operations running smoothly, while gaining exposure to wholesale processes, product launches, and retail programs.

This position suits someone early in their sales support or administration career who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being relied on to get things done. You don’t need to have done everything before - attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are key.

You’ll sit at the heart of the sales function - helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll partner closely with our sales, marketing, and design teams, support customer activity, and help bring new products, retail programs, and brand moments to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying organized, and enjoys being the go-to person.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the sales team

  • Keep customer, product, pricing, and order details accurate and up to date in HubSpot and internal systems

  • Assist with basic sales presentations, product setup, and internal documentation

  • Help manage price lists, range information, packaging requests, and sample distribution

  • Enter wholesale orders and assist with tracking and follow-ups in JOOR

  • Support the coordination of POS and marketing materials with internal teams

  • Respond to straightforward customer and account enquiries, escalating where needed

  • Maintain organised records, reports, and files to support smooth sales operations

Who You Are:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or coordination

  • Experience in a head-office, wholesale, ecommerce, or multi‑SKU environment desirable

  • Exposure to fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail support roles is a plus

  • Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word (Pivot Tables and lookups welcomed but not mandatory)

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable

  • Happy working in a support role and learning as you go

  • Positive, professional communicator with a service mindset

  • Hold unrestricted working rights in Australia

Nice to Have

  • Experience using a CRM or ERP system (HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)

  • Basic exposure to wholesale orders, pricing, or product data

  • Interest in how products move from brand to retailer
