Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. Are you early in your career and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? This role supports Sales Account Managers through essential organizational support and the coordination of daily projects and priorities. This position is responsible for providing organizational support to the Sales Account Managers. Work will be managed from the shared Sales Support mailbox that also includes complex issues. The job involves balancing a variety of demands and projects on a daily basis. Key characteristics include being able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize and to be confident to make important decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Enter document requests into Sensient Docs and Customer Request portal; compiles large requests via OneDrive
• Support Pricing team with annual price letters and quote entry
• Set up new customer accounts in Salesforce
• Process sample requests in Salesforce
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and sales teams
• Act as liaison between Sales and Customer Service, resolving issues and communicating outcomes
• Handle miscellaneous projects and evolving team responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of Salesforce and JDE systems a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge with Microsoft products
• Capable of analyzing data and problem solving
• Ability to interpret information to develop presentations, charts and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
