- Facilitate new customer account set-up and internal routing for loyalty opt-ins
- Review and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Manage confidential customer information securely and professionally
- Drive cross-functional execution of internal processes across Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, and Reporting
- Coordinate program communications and updates in line with go-to-market strategies
- Oversee and respond to Program Inboxes for field reps and dealer inquiries
- Manage and track conversions for all program signup processes
- Provide flexible, cross-functional support to Sales and Internal teams by ensuring accurate onboarding and foundational customer data and processes
- Execute dealer onboarding workflow (account setup, communications, welcome kits)
- Fulfill Try Me orders, including logistics, marketing asset coordination, and performance tracking
- Support marketing rewards ordering and issue resolution for loyalty program members
- 1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
- Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail and communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills essential to successfully work cross functionally both internally and externally
- Teamwork, Passion for Success, Strong Work Ethic, Enjoys Innovating and Infusing Creativity towards Process Improvement; all in the pursuit to deliver best in class experience to our customers
- Experience with Oracle (accessing dealer data)
- Experience with Salesforce.com (generating reports, dashboards)
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
