Reporting to a Business Planning Manager, you will support Sales Managers and your assigned account team in managing multiple components of active plan management. You will maintain customer contracts, support system data administration, coordinate new item setup, and develop reporting that helps analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth. You will become a functional expert in customer sales systems and provide analytical and operational support that enables effective customer planning and execution.

 

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Support sales management by developing ad hoc reports that support ongoing business development initiatives.
  • Assist sales managers with maintaining Authorized Distribution Lists (ADL).
  • Support the active plan management process by ensuring accurate maintenance and updates to trade promotions.
  • Coordinate the new item sell-in process, including ordering package flats and sales samples and providing all required documentation for customer contracts and new item forms.
  • Create, enter, and maintain customer contracts to ensure alignment with trade promotion plans and merchandising calendars.
  • Complete customer specification change forms and maintain associated records.
  • Partner with sales finance to reconcile contract information, support deduction resolution, and assist with check payment requests when applicable.
  • Provide customer and plan execution details to support post-event analysis activities.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly management reporting utilizing customer point-of-sale systems and related reporting tools.
  • Serve as a resource for customer system processes, reporting requirements, and data maintenance activities.

  • High School diploma or GED required; or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • 1+ year of experience in a broker, sales support, customer administration, or related role.
  • Experience using sales database tracking systems and business reporting tools.
  • Experience working with customer point-of-sale systems.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$69,000-$92,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
