JOB SUMMARY: To support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and serving as a key point of contact for clients.

1. Provide support to all ATS Sales Reps in the area of lead management. This encompasses the creation of leads within WeOpportunity, ensuring consistent follow-up on existing leads by ATS Sales Reps, and communicating crucial information to ATS Sales Reps concerning active leads.
2. Answer phone calls from the incoming sales line and assist the customer by collecting sales-related information which will be provided to the ATS Sales Reps.
3. Assist ATS Sales Reps with completing sales related documents such as the payroll deduction form, change order, credit check and account setup form.
4. Address post-sale operational issues, including part modifications or additions, and any impediments to job completion, particularly those in the "Waiting on Sales" queue.
5. Provide support to ATS Sales Reps by generating proposals, including the construction of proposals within WeEstimate, the modification of existing proposals, and the creation of supplementary proposals for job additions and alterations.
6. Provide support to ATS Sales Reps in managing opportunities and proposals within the Acadian Total Security CRM. This encompasses assisting with updating follow-up dates and proposal statuses, as well as ensuring data consistency within the CRM, in accordance with Acadian Total Security standards.
7. Work on customer acquisition strategies and identify opportunities for upselling to existing Acadian Total Security clients.
8. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of security systems, technologies, and industry best practices, particularly pertaining to the markets in which Acadian Total Security operates.
9. Attend weekly sales meetings to identify areas of concern relevant to ATS Sales Reps and accurately record meeting minutes and action items.
10. Provide support in reviewing proposals to ensure adherence to Acadian Total Security's standards for client submissions. This encompasses verifying that all requisite documentation, including the scope of work, accompanies each proposal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. 3+ years of experience in sales support or administrative coordination.
2. An Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
3. Experience within the security industry is preferred.
4. Proficiency with CRM platforms, inventory management systems, or similar.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
