We’re looking for a Sales Support Associate who wants to make a real impact, feel ownership, and help us deliver outstanding experiences to all the merchants who choose Teya.
What This Role Is About
This isn’t “support” in the traditional sense — it’s the heartbeat that keeps our commercial machine running. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Country Manager and sales team, making sure that no detail is missed, no merchant is left behind, and no opportunity goes unnoticed.
You will be the one making sure everything flows — documents, onboarding steps, CRM updates, merchant follow-ups, internal coordination. If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and positivity to a fast-growing environment, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do

  • Ensure a seamless experience for merchants by supporting onboarding, documentation, and internal approval steps

  • Keep our CRM tidy, accurate, and up to date (your future self will thank you )

  • Be the link between sales, operations, finance, and support to solve problems before they become issues

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to help our sales team succeed

  • Support the Country Manager with operational tasks and day‑to‑day activities

  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes — and be empowered to help implement them


What You Bring
Experience in sales support, customer operations, admin roles — or strong motivation to grow in this direction

  • Excellent Italian and English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset

  • Comfort using digital tools (CRM experience is a plus!)

  • A collaborative spirit — someone who thrives in team success and believes no task is too small

  • Ensure merchants have a seamless experience by supporting onboarding, documentation, and internal approvals

  • Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date (your future self will thank you!) 👍

  • Bridge sales, operations, finance, and support to proactively solve challenges and prevent issues 🔗

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and sales materials that help our team excel

  • Support the Country Manager with key operational tasks and daily activities

What You Bring 🌟
  • Experience in sales support, customer operations, administrative roles (or strong motivation to grow in these areas)
