About the JobWe are seeking a Sales Support Associate (Aesthetics) to join our Aesthetics Business Unit, based in North Sydney, NSW, with a flexible hybrid work model. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this newly created role plays a critical part in enabling seamless customer engagement by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across Sales, Marketing, and GAIN teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate calendars, agendas, and logistics for internal and external meetings, training sessions, events, and conferences.
- Support the planning and execution of HCP training programs and events, including venue coordination, catering, materials preparation, and compliance alignment.
- Manage the distribution and tracking of promotional and educational materials to HCPs and internal stakeholders.
- Provide cross-functional coordination and communication support across Sales, Marketing, and GAIN teams to ensure alignment on customer-facing activities.
- Support purchase order creation, supplier setup, expense management, and honoraria payments, as well as preparation of business reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or aesthetics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly collaborative working style with proven experience partnering across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer and service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
