Formlabs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As a vital member of our Global Sales & Services Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service.
The Job:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently based on PDF Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate and issue quotations for prospective customers, providing pricing information and product details as needed.
- Coordinate and organize product returns, facilitating the return process from initiation to resolution while maintaining open communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with service plan contract registration in our systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, service agents and other teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales cycle.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the sales and services department.
You:
- Are fluent in English, and preferably another of the following languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian).
- Proven experience as a sales support, service rep, technical support, or call center agents at a large multi-national or technology company is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow a process from A to Z.
- Ability to tackle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to new requirements as we streamline processes.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, customer focused.
