As a Sales Support Associate, you are the star sales person who has experience with pitching on

call. You are responsible to follow our client's lead through the sales funnel from inquiry. You

provide guidance and ensure all preferences are met while finding the best matched property for

the seekers. To succeed in this role, you should be highly independent, smart and with strong

commitment to solve customer's needs. You should be able to work comfortably with technology,

You Are Great At:

  •  Being an expert in sales, negotiation, and communication both in the English and Filipino
  • language.
  •  Prospecting leads provided to obtain crystal clear picture of what clients are looking for and
  • why.
  •  Establishing unique relationships with potential buyers through empathy and rapport.
  •  Finding the perfect-fit property options within the PropertyPro inventory.
  •  Making sure you meet your KPIs and performance metrics.
  •  Excel in appointment setting and show a proactive approach to follow-through conversations

What It Takes:

  •  At least 1-2 years of sales experience (Open for fresh graduates)
  •  Excellent negotiation skills
  •  Mature, ambitious, and self-driven
  •  Strong Relationship Building Skills
  •  Holds a University degree
  •  Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a plus
  •  You are persuasive and customer centrist
  •  You are a mature negotiating partner
  •  You have a good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Filipino.
  •  You have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure
  • and with target
  •  Experienced or familiar in using CRM software
