About the Role:As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our sales team to focus on what they do best—building relationships and driving growth. Based in Rozelle, this is a 3-month fixed term contract where you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly and ensures our customers receive outstanding service.
What You Will Do:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Respond to internal and external customer queries using predefined scripts
Organize and manage documentation such as contracts and proposals
Compile and report on sales statistics using CRM and ERP systems
Conduct basic research on customer accounts and market trends
Assist in gathering competitor intelligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a customer-focused mindset and strong organisational skills to everything you do. You will have:
A diploma or certification in Business Support, Administration, or Customer Service
1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
It’s a bonus if you have experience working in a commercial or sales environment, and are familiar with ERP or CRM systems.
