Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Analyst to partner with our U.S.-based Business Development (BD) team specifically supporting our Digital Solutions service offerings. In this role, you will play a key part in driving lead generation, supporting client solutions, and managing essential administrative tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams, utilize tools like Salesforce, and support business growth through organized execution and proactive follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Support technology partnerships with action tracking, meeting coordination, and planning (for example, NetSuite, Workday, FloQast, Workiva, Coupa)
- Perform prospect research and compile actionable data for lead generation activities.
- Draft outreach emails, track responses, and maintain databases for new, cold, and lost opportunities.
- Manage the DS Go-Live tracker for accurate project tracking and follow-ups.
- Participate in project close-out meetings to identify Phase II opportunities.
- Develop follow-up plans for dark/lost clients using Salesforce tracking.
- Organize recurring collaboration meetings with Connor Group service leads to streamline and assist areas of crossover selling.
Client Solutions
- Attend scoping calls to provide detailed notes and summaries for sales activities.
- Draft client proposals, update Salesforce records regarding products, hours, and discounts, and prepare SOWs.
- Assist with scoping fees and making revisions, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) estimates.
- Collaborate with teams to finalize proposals and SOWs effectively.
Other Administrative Support
- Prepare materials and agendas for weekly BD meetings including reporting KPIs and trends.
- Manage deal registrations with technology partners and track client technology implemented.
- Provide general administrative support, including partner status tracking and data organization for business needs.
- Ability to work a flexible day to support US time zones on an agreed schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support, business development, or client relationship management roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to manage cross-functional alignment and project tracking effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engagement with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tech partnerships and system administration support functions.
- Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite, Workday, FloQast, Coupa, and other similar platforms.
- Proficiency in proposal preparation, budgeting, and fee estimation processes.
- Advanced knowledge of outreach strategies designed for cold, lost, and prospective leads.
