About the RoleWe have ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, and we’re expanding our dynamic team. We’re currently looking for a Sales Support Analyst to support the sales team with contract management and order follow-up. As part of the Sales department, you will also contribute to workflow optimization, and help define goals and structure processes to support an efficient and effective sales operation.
This is a back-office position with limited direct customer interaction, primarily via phone and email. In Denmark, we are divided into two offices - Herlev and Odense. You will be working with all the fantastic Verifone employees in both offices, but you will be based in Herlev.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and communication to sales representatives and sales managers
- Prepare contracts and manage follow-up on ongoing orders
- Collaborate with the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) team to ensure contract compliance
- Work closely with in-house product teams on development initiatives
- Handle monthly credit processes
- Perform various administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed
- Experience working in a similar role
- Fluent Danish and English language
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on process optimization
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at meeting tight deadlines
- Highly motivated to go the extra mile to help your team achieve its goals
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in your work approach
- A trusted sparring partner to your manager, team, and the sales department
