About the Role:
The Sales Support Analyst II provides operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficiency in processes, accuracy in information management, and a seamless client experience. This role is key to coordinating renewals, proposals, events, and communications across multiple business areas.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up on internal quota approvals for renewal proposals, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
Maintain updated account statuses in Salesforce on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information for decision-making.
Track the progress of pending renewals, proactively collaborating with agents and clients to resolve issues and facilitate successful closures.
Coordinate and oversee the contract signing process, ensuring proper documentation and a smooth client experience.
Manage the timely dispatch of commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales team, maintaining consistency and quality in client communications.
Support the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Actively participate in communication campaigns and mailing activities, ensuring effective dissemination of relevant information to clients and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and coordination among different business areas (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Care, ATC, and Operations), promoting integrated and efficient processes.
Provide direct support to clients for inquiries or issues, ensuring prompt assistance and a positive experience.
Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for clients, institutions, and new users on the use of ClinicalKey (CK), ensuring an optimal and productive user experience.
Assist the team with administrative and logistical tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Coordinate with other business units to organize internal events such as year-end celebrations and other corporate activities.
Collaborate with the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team to coordinate drills and prepare/send relevant communications.
Work with the Facilities department at Reforma office to manage operational plans, changes, and needs.
Receive and process invoices related to the business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and Business English (written and spoken).
Experience coordinating events, managing documentation, and supporting commercial processes.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective support.
Ability to work collaboratively across different business areas and manage cross-functional projects.
Resilience, self-motivation, and capacity to work independently under established deadlines.
Familiarity with the healthcare sector and technology solutions is a plus.
